Project Management

Project Management is all about the client and meeting their expectations. In virtually all situations the Project brief is around meeting the Projects agreed Budget and Program. Further to this JUNGDESIGN can add the value of Design Management. These 3 core values are the focus of JUNGDESIGN’s approach to Project Management and are the reasons why the company has been so successful in building sound client relationships. This is reflected in the success of projects such as America's Cup village, Air New Zealand, ANZ, and the Caltex roll outs.
